Do you deliver and collect?

Delivery and collection of all furniture and marquee hire is free on all orders over £100 within 5 miles of RG1. Delivery for smaller orders or event further afield will incur a small fee which will be included in all quotes. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is taken through a third party provider, stripe, who accept all major credit and debit cards. We are also able to accept cash on delivery.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the quality of the equipment?

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and inspected in between hires. With that said, if there is any dissatisfaction upon delivery we will issue a full or part refund accordingly.

What is your policy for damaged products?

Any damage caused to hired goods, beyond reasonable wear and tear, will be the responsibility of the customer. As a result, any repair work will be chargeable.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Reading and cover the surrounding areas. This includes, but is not limited to, Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. If you are unsure please get in touch and a member of the team will be happy to provide you with an idea of delivery costs. 

Do you set up the equipment

Yes. Where there is a specialised set up involved e.g. marquees or dance floors we will set up for you. We do not, however, arrange tables and chairs under usual circumstances. If you have any specialised set up requirements please just reach out and we would be happy to help.
